For private dinners and events (3–10 guests), we ask for at least 3 days notice, subject to availability. Meal prep services require at least 1 week advance notice. Corporate catering inquiries should be submitted at least 1 week prior to your event. Catering request 1 week advance notice.

All services include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, in-home cooking, and full cleanup. You just show up and enjoy. Grocery costs are separate and billed at actual cost.

Absolutely. Every menu is built around your household — allergies, intolerances, dietary lifestyles, and preferences are discussed during the intake process before any menu is finalized.

Chef Nzinga sources fresh, quality ingredients based on your preferences and what's in season. If you have preferred grocery stores or markets, just let us know.

We understand that plans change. Our policy is as follows: cancellations made 1 week or more in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 48–72 hours before are eligible for a 25% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of service are non-refundable.
